Charming historic dwelling dating back to the tenth century, situated in a hilly area between Florence and Siena on the medieval pilgrim route of the Via Francigena. The hamlet is overlooking the Tuscan countryside, in particular from there its possible to enjoy also the famous towers of San Gimignano, which is only 5km faraway. The property is located within a farm producing olive oil, saffron Dop, herbs and seasonal products that are used in the owned restaurant located in the center of San Gimignano. The hamlet is a truly idyllic and intimate venue location, ideal for small weddings and honeymoon couples.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

Yes, a 800 euro fee is required.

Booking policy and procedures

Upon reservation a 50% account of the total amount is requested to confirm it. Cancellation policy: cancellations 30 days before check in, 50% of the total amount; 8 days before, 80%; 100% of the total amount well be payed foe cancellations 7 days before the check, in case of no show and in case of early departure. For reservations of more 60 days before arrival, in case of cancellation from the reservation date to 61 days before arrival, the 35% of the account will be returned.
